1. K-station must join in domain. （Just for my company）
   电脑必须加入域
2. K-station OU must belong to xxx.com/China/Workstations （Just for my company）
   电脑的OU必须属于amat.com/China/Workstations
3. You could ping K-station computer name and the ip address is correctly.
   用机器名必须能ping通用户的机器，并且ip地址正确
4. K-station time & date is correctly.
   时间和日期必须正确
5. "Windows Management Instrumentation" service must be started.
   WMI服务必须启动
6. "SMS Agent Host" service must be started
   SMS Agent Host服务必须启动
7. Make sure DNS / DNS suffix setting is correctly on "network configuration"
   DNS服务器和DNS后缀必须设定好
8. User's K-station muse be imaged by OSD deploy CD. （Just for my company）
   电脑必须是用OSD部署光盘安装的系统
9. WMI should be connected. ("RUN" - Type "wbemtest" - Click "Connect" twice, make sure no error prompt )
   WMI应该可以连接上。（"RUN" - 输入“wbemtest” - 点两次“Connect”，确认没有弹出任何错误提示）
10.Make sure "System Management" - "Components" tab has below item:
   确认"System Management" - "Components"标签下有以下组件：


11.You could ping SMS server from the k-station. SMS server location depend on k-station physical location:
   可以从有问题的机器上ping到sms服务器. 具体使用哪个SMS服务器，依赖于客户端当前的地理位置
12.Make sure SMS client could discover the SMS site.
   确认sms客户端可以发现sms站点
